Fintech Track Singapore

Application for this track is opened from June 3 to June 24, 2024 

The selection is announced in July

The Fintech track is oriented towards students wishing to pursue a career linking technology, innovation and finance to provide automated banking, insurance and trading services and risk management, to serve consumers (applications on smartphones…) and to design electronic platforms (crowdfunding, cryptocurrency…). 

The track is composed of  9 UV:

1 UV of compulsory course, prerequisite before applying for the track:

- FINE31123 Principles of Finance or FINE31124 Fondements de la finance (pre-requisite course for the finance track)

2 UV of compulsory courses, prerequisites before studying in Singapore:

- FINM31164  Marchés financiers or FINM31165 Financial Markets or FINM32100 Financial Markets 

- IDSI31137  Python Programming for Business                                                                      

3 UV of compulsory courses in Singapore (January to March)

- FINM32417  Digital Financial Platforms and Fintech

- IDSS31165  Business Data Science

- FINM32407  Financial Risk Management

3 UV of electives in Singapore (January to March) chosen among:

- IDSS32202  Financial Econometrics (1 UV)

- IDSS32204  Machine Learning (1 UV)

- FINM32219  Commodities Markets and Energy Products (1 UV)

- FINM32505  ESG Investing and Sustainable Finance(1 UV)

- FINM32411  Alternative Assets (0.5 UV)

- FINM32221  Fixed Income (1 UV)

- FINM32225  Portfolio Management (1 UV)

1 compulsory seminar: FING31402 (Cergy) Séminaire éthique en finance

This seminar does not grant credits (UV). The registration of the course can be done on banner (without bidding points) and is reserved only for students  registered in the finance track.
