CFT Summer Singapore

Application for this track is opened from January 15 to February 12, 2024 

The selection will be finalized in April (after grades of T2 have been released)

The Corporate Finance track is oriented towards students wishing to pursue a career in corporate investment banking, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, structured financing, financial analysis, equity research, corporate financial and treasury management, strategic auditing and consulting.

Important: Students must validate FINE31123 Principles of Finance or FINE31124 Fondements de la finance and CPTC31124 Informations comptables et financières or CPTC31125 Financial Accounting and Reporting (pre-requisite courses) in T2 at the latest to be eligible.

Students who have already validated or are attending one of the courses offered in this track cannot apply for this track (all courses must be taken in Singapore). 

Exception: Students who have validated or are attending the course "Corporate Financial Management // Finance d'entreprise" OR "Financial Markets // Marchés financiers" are eligible but will not have priority in the selection process.

The track is composed of 8 UV:

1 UV of compulsory courses in Cergy (before Singapore) 

- FINE31123 Principles of Finance (pre-requisite course for this track) or FINE31124 Fondements de la finance (pre-requisite course for this track)

5 UV of compulsory courses in Singapore (July to September):

- CPTC31247 Financial Statement Analysis 

- FINE31128 Corporate Financial Management

- FINE31253 Mergers and Acquisitions

- FINM31162 International Finance

- FINM31165 Financial Markets

1 UV of compulsory course in Cergy (before or after Singapore) 

- FINE31417 Firm Valuation & Value Creation or FINE32217 Firm Valuation & Value Creation or FINE31254 Evaluation stratégique et financière or FINE31237 Corporate & Private Equity Financial Modelling or FINM31217 ESG Investing & Green Finance

1 UV of elective course in Cergy (before of after Singapore) chosen among the list of eligible courses.

1 compulsory seminar: FING31402 (Cergy) Séminaire éthique en finance

This seminar does not grant credits (UV). The registration of the course can be done on banner (without bidding points) and is reserved only for students registered in the finance track.
