Application for this track is opened from January 13 to February 13, 2025
The selection will be finalized in April (after grades of T2 have been released)
The Corporate Finance track is oriented towards students wishing to pursue a career in corporate investment banking, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, structured financing, financial analysis, equity research, corporate financial and treasury management, strategic auditing and consulting.
Important: Students must validate FINE31123 Principles of Finance or FINE31124 Fondements de la finance and CPTC31124 Informations comptables et financières or CPTC31125 Financial Accounting and Reporting (pre-requisite courses) in T2 at the latest to be eligible.
Students who have already validated or are attending one of the courses offered in this track cannot apply for this track (all courses must be taken in Singapore).
Exception: Students who have validated or are attending the course "Corporate Financial Management // Finance d'entreprise" OR "Financial Markets // Marchés financiers" are eligible but will not have priority in the selection process.

1 UV of compulsory courses in Cergy (before Singapore)

5 UV of compulsory courses in Singapore (July to September):

This seminar does not grant credits (UV). The registration of the course can be done on banner (without bidding points) and is reserved only for students registered in the finance track.
